If you’ve reached out to Bamert Seed lately, there’s a good chance you’ve talked with Haleigh Glasscock.
She’s the friendly, knowledgeable voice who keeps things moving — connecting project managers with Reclamation Specialists, coordinating seed orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
For clients managing large-scale reclamation or restoration projects, having someone reliable on the other end of the line can make a huge difference.
That’s her specialty.
From Oilfield Experience to Conservation Support
Haleigh’s not new to the demands of high-stakes projects.
Before joining Bamert, she worked as an Account Liaison for Occidental Petroleum through Forza Site Services. That role gave her firsthand experience supporting operators, tracking project details, and juggling timelines — skills that now serve her well at Bamert.
“What really drew me to Bamert Seed is the company’s commitment to conservation and sustainable land management — it aligns perfectly with my values.”
Add in her background in agriculture, and she brings a rare combination of practical knowledge, strong communication, and a deep respect for land stewardship.
“I grew up around ag,” she says. “Conservation and sustainability have always been important to me. I wanted to work somewhere that values that too.”
Coordinating the Details — So You Don’t Have To
Haleigh’s official title is Operations and Administration Coordinator, and that means she’s often the first person project managers talk to when they reach out.
She helps route questions, coordinate responses, and keep communication flowing between clients and the Bamert team — from seed selection to fulfillment.
She’s part of the operations and admin team, but her impact touches every stage of the process.
Whether you’re calling about a custom blend, wondering about shipping, or needing to check on documentation, Haleigh’s there to help get you what you need — fast.
Creative Energy and Community Spirit
Outside of her day-to-day work, Haleigh also brings a creative spark to Bamert’s outreach and marketing efforts.
She volunteers as a committee member for a local music festival and enjoys finding ways to connect people to causes she believes in. That hands-on experience helps her contribute fresh ideas to Bamert’s communication and social media strategy.
“I like getting to promote things that matter,” Haleigh says. “It’s rewarding to help people understand why native seed is so important — and how we make the process easier.”
Beyond the Office
When she’s not on the phone helping clients or brainstorming new outreach ideas, Haleigh is probably on the go.
She and her boyfriend Cory, a regional welding trainer for XCEL, spend their time camping, kayaking, and chasing around Cory’s two kids, Easton and Emerson.
You’ll often find their dogs, Dakota and Kennah, tagging along for the adventure. And when they’re home, Haleigh’s usually tending to her houseplants or testing out a new recipe in the kitchen.
Talk to Someone Who Gets It
Haleigh’s here to make things easy on your end — so your native seed project stays on track, on time, and stress-free.
If you’ve got a question or just need help figuring out next steps, Haleigh is just a phone call away.
